I am very much a planner myself. I am very organized and there are sticky notes and list in my planner reminding me what I have to do every day. I usually have a hard time trying to let go of things I have no control over because I worry about everything. I have worked for an employer who was very laid back and didn't let things get to them and it was very inspiring. I hope one day I can learn to be a little bit more like that and quit losing sleep over things I can't control.
