This overview of Mexico – the country, the culture, the people, and a recipe, too – was prepared by Jennifer Leigh Smith while a Management major in the College of Business at Southeastern Louisiana University.

This was a very good article. I think Americans have a lot of misconceptions about Mexico. I did not know that Mexico's unemployment rate was only 4%. I would have guessed it was significantly higher than the U.S. unemployment rate. The tres leches cake was really good too.
ReplyDeleteFound out a lot by reading your article about Mexico that I would not have known even though I have traveled there a couple of times. Couldn’t believe that their unemployment rate was so low, would have thought it would have been higher. Also, I did not have a clue that chocolate was originated in Mexico. When traveling to Mexico I have always bought bottled water, never wanted to take any chances but like you said most places have their own water supply or filter the water. Great article.
